Social Programme

The first draft of the conferene programme will be available in March 2023, in the meantime you will be able to book organised leisure tours at time of registration, which will take place on Thursday, July 13th. Please note there will be conference sessions scheduled on Thursday as well.

• Cultural Walking Tour
  Learn more about Dublin's history and culture and visit both Christ Church and St. Patrick’s Cathedral (admission fees included).

• Docklands Walking Tour
  Get to know Dublin's 'Silicon' Valley with many European Company Headquarters and old history.

• Georgian Dublin Walking Tour
  The term Georgian Dublin carries political as well as historical weight and also refers to an architectural style. Explore the grand townhouses and historic buildings that housed Ireland's high society during the 18th century.

• Musical Pub Crawl
  Spend a pub evening accompanied by traditional Irish musicians. Learn the history of Irish music and its influence on contemporary music around the world. Drinks are each individual's responsibility.

• Howth & Malahide Day Trip #1
  First take a walk along the beautiful Howth Peninsula (North Dublin) and enjoy some time at the harbour. After lunch, you will also get to explore Malahide Castle Gardens with its butterfly house. 2-Course Lunch in Howth with drinks allowance and admission fees included.
