Schedule/Deadlines

Earlybird registration will be available between November 2, 2022 and March 31, 2023 (12pm Irish time)

Regular registration will be available between April 1, 2023 and June 30, 2023 (12pm Irish time)

Onsite registration will be available on July 9 and 10, 2023

The Conference Gala Dinner will take place in the Round Room at the Mansion House on Tuesday, 11th July 2023 and includes a 3-course meal and drinks allowance. Tickets can be booked as part of the registration process above or should you wish to add a gala dinner ticket after you have already registered, please email us here and we will be happy to help you with your request.

General Rules and Information

• Post Doc are to register as Delegates, not Students.
• All presenting authors (speakers) are required to complete their paid registrations until March 31, 2023.
• In order to be included in the final conference program and proceedings, each of the accepted full papers should be associated with a paid registration.
• Two papers are included in the registration, any additional paper accepted will incur a fee of 200€. This will be applied by the Conference Secretariat after registration.

Notice to Participants Who Need VISA-supporting Letters

If a registered and paid participant needs a letter for their visa application process, please email the ICASP14 conference secretariat. Please also send us your date of birth and passport number if you wish for any of this information to be included on the letter.

Terms and Conditions

Registration fees include conference attendance from 9-13 July, 2023.
Payments are accepted by VISA/MasterCard or via Bank Transfer/EFT. When paying by Electronic Funds Transfer please email bank proof of payment together with delegate name/s to the registration office at icasp2023@advantagegroup.ie once the payment has been made. From 26 May, 2023 all payments must be by VISA or Mastercard.
Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire online process, paid in full and received a confirmation by email. 
Please note that the registration fees do not include travel expenses or hotel accommodation. 
Online registration closes at 12 noon (Irish time) on Friday, 30 June, 2023 after which onsite registration applies.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of any and all event aspects must be received by email to icasp2023@advantagegroup.ie

• For cancellations on or before 30 March, 2023 an administration charge of €25 will apply.
• 25% Cancellation fee charged between 31 March, 2023 and 20 April, 2023 inclusive
• 50% Cancellation fee charged between 21 April, 2023 and 11 May, 2023 inclusive
• 75% Cancellation fee charged between 12 May 2023 and 28 May, 2023 inclusive
• 100% Cancellation fee charged from 29 May, 2023 onward

Substitution (participant name change) is possible by email but an administration charge of €25 applies. Should there be a change in fees the difference will have to be paid if higher and will not be refunded if lower.

Covid-19 Statement:

In light of the COVID-19 global pandemic and because our conference participants’ health and well-being are our highest priority, ICASP, in conjunction with Advantage (our Professional Conference Organisers) are working closely with all venues and event partners to develop and implement health and safety measures and biosafety best practices for ICASP14 in Dublin Ireland. However, since the health and safety needs and concerns of each individual may differ, we strongly recommend that each participant carefully evaluates their own personal circumstances prior to registering for and/or attending the conference in-person. Your attendance at the conference is completely voluntary and, as such, your attendance is at your own risk.

Data Protection Policy:

By registering for the conference you are giving your consent for members of ICASP, CERRA, Trinity College (Venue) and Advantage Group (our Professional Conference Organisers) to contact you about any aspect of the conference by e-mail or by telephone. You are also consenting to receive email marketing communications about the conference and post conference associated industry material.

Video and Photography Consent:

Please be advised that filming and/or photography will be taking place at the conference. By registering for the conference you are giving your consent for the photographer, ICASP, CERRA, Trinity College Dublin (Venue) and Advantage Group (our Professional Conference Organisers) to take the images and to use them throughout the world in all and any media, including, without limitation, in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited.
